Lots of Bankrupt and out of business Real Estate organizations are found by Global Market Research and Development Centre in the past few months after the Government made policies affecting Indian Real Estate mostly.

The new rules have made Indian Real Estate more transparent but the cash flow in the market has been finished. Yet, unemployment has increased and projects have been left uncompleted and undeveloped due to lack of funds. Banks have stopped giving loans to builders and colonizers. All builders and developers profile are marked negative. This is not a good phase for Indian Real Estate. The expert speaks of this as a huge financial crisis due to poor policies and governance by Indian Government.
